and &#8220;punishment&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"22:9-22:72\">Addressing baby-dumping and creating specialized care centers.<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"23:9-23:66\">Expanding the list of individuals required to have PCCs.<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"24:9-24:109\">GIPF&#8217;s inheritance requirements conflicting with the CCPA&#8217;s &#8220;best interest of the child&#8221;
