NAMLEX APENDIX- 2020<\/span> \u00a0<\/strong><\/a>– Guide to international law and treaties Namibia has ratified <\/strong>\u2013\u00a0<\/strong>current to July 2020<\/p>\n

This update introduces links to the best text of each agreement which is available online. In order to know what version of each agreement currently applies to Namibia, it was necessary to examine\u00a0the amendment process<\/strong>\u00a0in each case and to check for amendments to date which might be applicable to Namibia. Thus, this update constitutes a major change from the previous 2017 edition of the Namlex Appendix.<\/p>\n

We will provide the next update of both Namlex and Namlex Appendix at the end of the year. The focus of the next Namlex Appendix update will be to add references to the relevant Parliamentary discussions in respect of each treaty where these are not yet listed.<\/p>\n
