Biography

Linda Dumba-Chicalu
Coordinator

Joining the LAC as a candidate legal practitioner in 2002, Linda worked with Huricon until she was admitted admitted as a legal practitioner in 2003, when she became the project lawyer for LEAD. In 2006, Linda studied for her Masters at the Georgetown University Law Center in Washington D.C., with a focus on international human rights law. In October 2007, Linda returned to the LAC where she became the project lawyer for ALU where she specialized in HIV and AIDS and human rights law. In 2010, she was appointed the coordinator of the Human Rights and Constitutional Unit (HURICON) of the LAC.
